When you make an online room booking, your information is collected and processed by our third-party booking engine to fulfil your reservation. When you submit a taxi booking, your information is shared with Sai Towers Taxi Services, the shared taxi operation of Sai Pavilion and Sai Towers, to arrange your ride, and your payment is processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway provider. Your taxi booking request is also protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, and location search on our Taxi and Contact pages uses Google Maps.

Because some of these service providers may be located in other countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you are located; in such cases we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection for your information. Aside from the purposes described above, we do not share your information with any other third parties unless we have your consent or under special circumstances, such as:
